WHEN ANGER SHOWS UP,
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH IT?
(There's a better way than shutting it down or letting it take over.)
Your anger isn't the problem.
You may just have never been taught what to do with it.

Maybe you're the person who doesn't really get angry. You swallow it. You tell yourself it's not a big deal. You try to understand everyone else's perspective. You keep the peace. You move on.

Until one day you realize you're exhausted, resentful, disconnected, or wondering why you don't even know what you need anymore.

Or maybe you're the person who gets angry fast. You hold it in until you can't anymore. You say things you wish you hadn't said. You shut down, lash out, complain, blame, or feel completely overwhelmed by the intensity of what you're feeling.

And then comes the guilt... Why did I react like that? Why can't I just let it go? What's wrong with me?

Whether you tend to shut anger down or let it take over, you can learn a different way.
How you handle anger affects how you show up in life.
Our anger doesn't exist in isolation. It comes with us into our relationships with our partners, family, friends, coworkers, and everyone we interact with.

When we don't know how to work with our anger, we can end up disconnected from ourselves and from the people around us.
We might ignore what isn't okay with us and slowly become resentful, or lose touch with our own voice and then wonder why we don't feel close to the people in our lives. And when anger is expressed without being understood or regulated, it can create hurt, conflict, and distance, too.

No matter which way you tend to handle anger, it shapes how you show up.
The goal isn't to never feel angry. It's to learn how to process it in a healthy way, detect what it's asking of you, and choose how you want to respond.

You get to decide how you want to show up with the people you love.

Instead of getting stuck in your anger, let me walk you through it.

Unlike I used to believe, anger isn't some "big, bad emotion" that we'd be better off not ever experiencing. Anger is simply information, alerting you that something matters, a boundary has been crossed, or a need isn't being met.

But knowing that doesn't necessarily help when you're in the middle of it.
That's where Be With Anger comes in.

Instead of suppressing your feelings or completely blowing up, you can let my compassionate voice help you process things in a healthy, productive way.

Through a guided audio, journal prompts, and somatic exercises, we'll walk through regulating your body and identifying what your anger may be asking of you in the current situation and beyond.

You'll be able to move from “I don't know what to do with this” to “I know what I need to do next."

I put together all my knowledge as a Licensed Therapist as well as my personal revelations coming from my own relationship with anger into this resource so you don't have to figure things out or feel it alone.
I'm right by your side as we move through what you're feeling together.

BE WITH
series
BE WITH Wonder is a part of the BE WITH Series — a collection of emotion-based guides created to help you build internal safety, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself.

The Be With Series was created to help you develop one of the most important emotional skills you can have: the ability to stay present with what you feel instead of shutting down, spiraling, or abandoning yourself.

Most of us were never taught how to be with our emotions. We learned to hide, numb, or power through. But ignoring emotions doesn’t make them disappear — it just makes them louder in other ways: anxiety, reactivity, relationship conflict, burnout, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

“Being with” your emotions is how you begin to feel safe inside your own body. It’s how you build self-trust, emotional regulation, and the capacity to feel more of the good moments without fear that they’ll slip away.

When you can be with yourself — with your fear, your sadness, your joy, your wonder — you stop depending on other people to rescue or sustain you emotionally. You become steadier, calmer, more grounded, and more connected to who you are.

This Be With Anger guide is such an important part of that journey.
